MACRO WEEK (1)

Guyz as promised this week is my first series. I will post only macro shots this week, all the pictures were actually captured last week either on my way to or from work. There is a 5 minute walk from where i live to the bus stop where i take the 5 bus to work. you will be suprised how many subjects present themsselves for interesting macro photography. All I needed to do was pay attention.

Ladies and gentlemen, come with me on my daily walk to and from the bustop where i take my bus to work !

Enjoy.

Todays picture is another bug. Unlike yesterdays bug, this one i am not familiar with if anyone knows what its called please let me know. I found it right in front of my apartment one evening on my way back from work. Your eyes start to pick up these things when you start to look for them.

Not bad, nicely composed, but I think it needs more DOF... As with yesterday's shot, I think you should boost the colours on this one too.

nice composition and a nice shot, i agree with Veloran about boosting colours

Nice composition. Ditto on the colours.

I agree with the comments on the colours. also i think a sharpersharper image would've added more to the shot.

Plus, the picture's too closely cropped on the right so that you don't get to see the insect in its full glory, it almost like it's cut off - on the other hand, i think there's too much space on the right and on top that could have been put to use. Makes me wonder what the picture would look like if this little fella took centre stage (literally).

Overall not a bad pic.

p.s. ignore my typos, very tired.

Good second pic. Would like more of the bug in focus..

It's a nice pics, it is understandable that futher focus can chase the bug. try more Bose!
